Yes, you can. Simply find the groups you’d like to become a part of and click ‘join’.
Be aware though that some Group Managers ask for questions prior to joining, and some groups are closed to the public and need approval.
To find your groups, go to your profile page and select the badges under your name or by selecting the ‘Groups/Communities’ tab in your profile page.
